HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Consultation Call. We’ll set up an initial consultation call to discuss your goals and what you’d like to get out of private yoga instruction.

  2. Introductory Session. This session will give you a feel for private yoga and my approach. We’ll also use this time to talk through your goals and answer any questions.

  3. Personalized Plan & Schedule. After the intro session, we’ll align on a plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. We’ll decide how often we’ll meet - once, twice, or three times a week.

If we are the right fit, I ask that you commit to a 4-8 week program.
